Once your order has been processed, it is NOT refundable. If you wish to cancel/refund your order, please do so as soon as possible!
Where are you located?
We are based in Montreal, Canada and we operate domestically in Canada and in the United States.
What carrier do you use to ship orders?
We offer Canada Post, and ChitChat options at checkout when shipping to Canada.
In the United States, we only ship via Canada Post at the moment. All US orders are tracked.
What is Lettermail shipping? (CANADA ONLY)
Lettermail via Canada Post is a shipping method where small decant orders (below 100g) are shipped directly to the Post Office (PO) box corresponding to the address you provided.
